* How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your Internet or Phone order, just click on the Order Status link at the bottom of every page. Please remember that you must be a registered customer and signed in to your account.
* How can I find out where my package is?

* When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?
"In Process" means that your order will be shipping out soon. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time, but you can always call to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.
* My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order after it has been shipped, please call 603-203-0864
* I am shipping my order outside of the U.S. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
Shipping to Canada: When you place an order at DiamondDelightClothing.com, the GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.
* Shipping Outside the U.S. & Canada: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Diamond Delight Clothing cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
* How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?

* What is your Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid, if an item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

We will ship exchanged merchandise as soon as your return has been received and processed. We will issue a refund or credit with in 7-17 days after receiving the returned item. Please note that returning items shipping charges will be paid by you. Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. You may order your exchange selections by calling 603-203-0864. We will issue a refund or credit for your returned merchandise as soon as the return has been received and processed.

* How can I use an Offer Code online?
To redeem special offers, customers must type in the code on the shopping bag page in the redeem code box at checkout. After entering an offer code, adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Offers are valid while supplies last. All offer codes have an expiration date. All orders are subject to verification.

* How do I apply for the Delights Card online?
You can apply for the Diamond Delight Clothing Delights Card at diamonddelightclothing.com/delights-card and complete an application form online.
* Where can I use my Delights Card?
You can use your Delights Card for purchases made at DiamondDelightClothing.com or expositions that we are at.

* Why am I being offered a Delights Card when I already have one?
If you have not used your Delights Card in the last 12 months, your card may have become inactive.
* What benefits will I enjoy if I apply and I am approved for the Delights Card?
Once you have your Delights Card, you will earn points every time you use your Delights Card. Earn 250 points and we will give you a $10 reward.

* How can I become a Diamond Delight Clothing model?
If you would like to be a model for a DDC fashion show. Please send us some information about such as: Name, phone number, details about you, etc & include a reference photo send your information to fashionshows@diamonddelightclothing.com. We will hold on to your information for the up coming fashion show in 2010 or 2011. If you are chosen to be a DDC model you will be notified by phone within in a few months of the fashion show.
