How We Determine Rates

 

• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. Not subject to special offers.

• Charges are calculated before taxes.

• All orders are subject to verification.

• If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is purchased.

• Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

• All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

• International Standard Delivery. Order usually arrives within 18-24 business days (for in-stock items only).

Express Delivery to Japan
  

• Add $20 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charges to Japan purchases.  
• Delivery within 7-10 business days for in-stock items only.

International - All Other Countries

International Standard Delivery

• Order usually arrives within 16-21 business days (for in-stock items only) after the shipping date.
• Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Express Delivery

• Add $20 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charge. 
• Delivery within 6-12 business days for in-stock items only.

Customs and Import Duties

• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

• Victoria's Secret ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
