My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

What is your Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited within 7-14 days after we recive the item from you. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message?
"In Process" means that your order will be shipping out soon. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time.You can call to make a return or exchange once your order has arrived.
How can I use an Offer Code online?
To redeem special offers, customers must type in the code on the shopping bag page in the redeem code box at checkout. After entering an offer code, offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Offers are valid while supplies last. All offer codes have an expiration date. All orders are subject to verification.
