How We Determine Rates

• All shipping rates will be determined after purchase is made.
  
• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.

• If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is purchased.

United States & U.S. Territories

Standard Delivery

• Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

Express Delivery

• Available for in-stock items only.
• All orders are subject to verification.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

• Delivery within 8-12 business days (for in-stock items only) If an item is on backorder you should receive your merchandise within 14-18 days.

• U.S. territories include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Order usually arrives within 14-18 business days (for in-stock items only).

• For in-stock items only.
• Delivery within 3 - 6 business days for orders placed by 1 P.M. EST Monday-Friday.
• All orders are subject to verification.

• There is no sales tax or shipping & handling charge for Gift Cards delivered via Standard Delivery within the contiguous U.S.
• When other items are ordered along with Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the value of the item(s) - not the Gift Cards.

• Delivery in 5-7 business days (for in-stock items only).

• Canadian Express (delivery in 4-6 business days)
